About Times of Refreshing Ministries
Pastor Philip D. Derber and Times of Refreshing Ministries are one of several

New York, and across the nations from Mexico to the Marshall Islands... and
beyond.
Accompanied by a heavy, prophetic anointing, miracles abound in virtually every
area of life as revelation from the Word of God brings inner healing, creative
miracles in the physical body, restoration and financial miracles.
History
Beginning nearly two decades ago after his dynamic conversion, the ministry of
Pastor Philip D. Derber has touched the nations. Returning to Kwajelin, in
the Marshall Islands where he once worked on the flight-line, Pastor Philip
began preaching and holding outdoor meetings that stretched to Ebeye and to the
far outer islands (NW from Australia). During these meetings, the deaf
would have their ears opened, the blind would see, deliverance would be poured
out upon the possessed and even miracles involving change in the weather
conditions would take place. Pastor Philip's ministry is still very
effective in the Marshall Islands today.
From there, doors began to open up both in the United States and
abroad. Pastor Philip and TRM have impacted world with the gospel of Jesus
Christ from California to Kentucky, from Florida to New York, and from Mexico to
India spreading the rewards of the good news.
Righteousness and prosperity have become the key-notes of Times of Refreshing
Ministries. As this revelation is taught and caught, demonstrations of the
message are evident in the lives of those who receive. Testimonies have
come people of all walks of life, from every type of cultural and financial
background, yielding evidence that God truly does desire to bless and prosper
His people.
Future of TRM
With a home-base in the capital city of Frankfort, Kentucky at the continually
expanding Grace Fellowship World Distribution Center Church, Pastor Philip D.
Derber and Times of Refreshing Ministries come to be in demand more and
more. Each year, The itenerary for TRM expands beyond its previous
borders. As God continues to open doors, TRM continues to go through
them. The Word says in Ecclesiastes 8:4, "...Where the word of a king
is, there is power; and who may say unto thee, what doest thou?" This
is how TRM will continue to operate and pursue God's vision for revival.
